The Casa Natìa Agricultural Company was born over twenty years ago from the desire to invest in the local territory and a visceral love for our land, Sicily. The company owes its name to a property owned by our family since 1866, completely renovated in 2016 and subsequently affectionately renamed Casa Natìa (native house) in memory of those who came before us.
The company spans an area of approximately 15 hectares, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Val di Noto, amidst the countryside of Modica and Scicli, and just a few steps from the sea. Our lands are predominantly dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and carob trees. The marginal lands, unsuitable for cultivation, are devoted to animals that help prevent the risk of fires, particularly sheep, goats, and our beloved Ragusan Donkeys: Asia, Indiana, Alba, and Aurora.
The principles of sustainable agriculture and environmental respect, the cornerstones of our corporate philosophy, are reflected in the production of extra virgin olive oil conducted under certified organic farming practices.

“I do not envy God for paradise because I am quite content to live in Sicily.”
Federico II di Svevia, King of Sicily 1198-1250
